Returns Policy
Please note that Lucy Olivia's Boutique DOES NOT offer free or pre-paid returns or exchanges. All costs for returned items must be met by the customer. We recommend using tracked postage services for getting your items back to us as we do not take any responsibility for lost return/ exchange parcels.
Please note that all items of pierced jewellery or items that have had the hygiene strip removed are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
You can return any unwanted item/s to us for a refund up to 14 days after the date of delivery, providing it is in its original, unused and unwashed condition, with all tags including return tag still attached. Goods that are found to be soiled with fake tan, body lotions, perfume, make up, lipstick, etc, or smelling of tobacco/smoke WILL NOT be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty. Lucy Olivia’s Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer at cost to the customer.
All items are carefully inspected for production faults before they are shipped to you, but sometimes flaws are missed. Please carefully inspect the goods when you receive them as you would usually do in a physical retail store, but please DO NOT remove hygiene seals or garment tags. If you have received an item which is faulty, or if we have shipped an incorrect item in your delivery, we would like the opportunity to rectifying this for you as quickly as possible. Please email us at lucyolivia@lucyoliviasboutique.com or contact us via Instagram/ Facebook @lucyoliviasboutique. Please provide a photograph of the item clearly showing the fault, along with a written description of the fault, along with your order number which can be found on your original email receipt. We will aim to respond to you within 48 hours to resolve any issue.
You must obtain a tracking number for your parcel when returning any items to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We advise you to keep hold of your postage/tracking receipt until your refund reaches your account.
When returning items, please fully complete the details on the delivery note that is enclosed inside your parcel when you receive your item/s. If you have misplaced your delivery note, please include a note in your parcel, with your full name, address, telephone number and a description for the items you are returning as well as the reason for return alongside your order number.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return and refund from the date that we receive it and please be aware that it can take your bank additional time to show this refund in your account. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

Availability and Pricing
Our aim is to always ensure that all descriptions and prices that feature on our website are accurate. However, occasionally errors may happen. If we discover an error regarding the description or price of the goods that you have ordered, we will advise you of this as soon as possible. If we have tried to contact you but we are unable to do so, we will cancel the order. If you cancel your order and you have
already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payments
To order from our website, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card issued in your name. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes may occasionally be offered. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. All discount codes apply to full price items only and do not include discounted or sale items or apply to purchases of gift vouchers. Discount codes may be withdrawn at any time.
