Lucy Olivia's Boutique aims to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our shipping charges and policy is below

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked service £4.50                  (*postcode restrictions apply) 

All UK orders over £50 will be eligible for free Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked postage

We ship orders Monday - Friday. Please note we DO NOT ship on Bank holidays/ Sundays.  

We currently do not offer next day delivery. 

International Orders:

Dispatch and Delivery

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, dispatch times may vary due to demand and Public Holidays/ Sundays. Deliveries are limited to the mainland UK only, unless otherwise queried and confirmed. Lucy Olivia’s Boutique will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from postal industrial action, or forces outside of our control. Proof of postage for all orders dispatched is always obtained.

Delivery Information 

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs £4.50.

If the order is over £50 therefore you will be eligible for free Royal Mail Tracked 48hr shipping 

Please ensure the delivery address is correct as it is not possible to alter this once it has been submitted on our website. We are unable to combine delivery charges if you have made multiple orders.
